Our cut to length service allows you to buy only what you require, rather than having to buy a full length of tube, steel or wire.

Our turnaround time (depending on the size of the job) is usually 5-15 working days. We will happily do one offs or thousands, our design or your own. We offer a wide range of finishes including: zinc plated, gold passivate, chrome, nickel, powder coated, plastic coated or hot dip galvanised.

Projection and Spot Welding

• From 5kva up to 75kva
• Mesh panels in 3mm to 6mm mild steel or stainless steel wire. Panels up to 1200mm x 2400mm
• Single spot welding from 2mm up to 9.5mm wire.

Mig and Tig Welding

• Mild steel or stainless steel, from light gauge tube to heavy plate.

Wire Forming

• From 1.6mm to 12.7 mm, in either  mild steel or stainless steel.
• Wire bending from simple shapes, including squares and rings, to more complex 3D shapes.

Tube Bending

• Round tube from 12mm up to 50mm
• Square tube from 25mm up to 32mm
• Mandrel bending available.

Wire Cutting

• From 1.6mm up to 25mm diameter
• We can supply stock lengths of wire up to 5000mm in length in 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.15mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm, 6.0mm, 7.1mm, 8.0mm or 9.5mm, or cut to any length or quantity you require.

Punching and Shearing

• Up to 65 tonne capacity
• Hole punching from 5mm diameter up to 25mm diameter
• Bar cutting from 3 x 12 up to 25 x 100
